Venture Description

Shalom Philly Burbs! Philadelphia is far enough away that it can be tough to attend city events on a typical weeknight. Combine rush hour traffic with pricey parking and it seems like you might never get to that monthly happy hour in Rittenhouse. Well fret no more! JPSP would like to help you connect to the suburban social Jewish community! The goal of this group is to provide 20s/30s Jewish professionals in the Greater Philadelphia Suburbs (Montco, Bucks, Chesco, Delco) with fun social events, networking opportunities and social action experiences that promote Jewish culture, community and religious values. We host everything from happy hours, trivia nights and movie nights to monthly Kabbalat Shabbat dinners, potlucks and outdoor activities. Whether you are Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, or Reconstructionist, single, married, in a relationship, observant or not, synagogue-affiliated or not, this is the group for you. This group is partially funded by the Bux-Mont Neighborhood Kehillah in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
