April Mentorship Session: Speed Mentoring

Mentorship Kickoff (3)

Ready to take your personal and professional growth to the next level? Curious how experienced leaders navigate challenges, build meaningful careers, and turn ideas into impact? As part of our continued professional development together, we’re excited to host a special session featuring Speed Mentoring with local community leaders.

During this month’s gathering, you’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with leaders from a variety of fields through a series of short, rotating conversations. In a format similar to speed dating, participants will move between mentors in timed rounds, creating space for more personal dialogue, questions, and connection.

Throughout these conversations, mentors will share their professional journeys, lessons learned, and real-world insights from their fields. You’ll hear about the challenges they’ve navigated, the decisions that shaped their paths, and the experiences that helped them grow along the way.

This interactive format offers a chance to step back from the day-to-day and learn from people who have built meaningful careers and community impact. As members of this cohort thinking about your own paths—whether in your careers, projects, or leadership—this session provides space to reflect, ask questions, and gain perspective from those who have been on similar journeys.

We look forward to continuing our learning together and hope you’ll come ready to engage with the mentors and each other.
