Creating Your DIY Wedding

Whether your wedding plans are traditional or alternative, this course will provide the tools you need to make your big day meaningful, sacred, and reflective of who you are.

We’ll learn hands-on techniques and ideas for creating many of the ritual objects connected to a Jewish wedding―from designing your own ketubah, to making unique invitations, to fashioning the huppah and how to express your spiritual life and cultural values through your ceremony and reception.
Real-life examples and resources from a range of couples, including LGBTQ and interfaith couples. You’ll leave with a toolbox of new ideas to inspire your creativity as you plan your special day.
