“Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.”
Although this may be true for a few, the rest of us struggle with finding a job that pays the bills and doesn’t crush our souls. Why is it so important to LOVE your job? And why is it so hard to find a job that we CAN love?
This experience will walk you through a spirited discussion about work, the difference between a job and a hobby, and what to look for when on the hunt for a new position. There will also be interactive activities to focus you on who you are as an individual, how you communicate, and where you fit in with a larger group.
About the Presenter
Ralph began his coaching journey in improvisational theater in 2008, and for over a decade has been exploring this art form through performance, instruction, workshops, and coaching sessions. He has performed and taught all over the US, guiding hundreds of students to improve their scene work and become happier, clearer, and more confident.
In his business, Ralph uses applied improvisation techniques in concert with his coach training to give clients tools that empower them to live more focused, mindful, confident lives. Improv is all about discovery and finding those “A-HA” moments, and those moments exist all around us every day waiting to be found and explored. Whether you’re an individual looking for courage and confidence, a manager looking to improve connection and collaboration with your team, or an organization looking for more tools and skills to invest in your employees, coaching can help. Through focused weekly sessions or targeted workshops and programs, we partner to make your next step a clear and confident choice.
