In this heartwarming depiction of the bond between father and son, an aging man, Reuben, reconnects with his adult special-needs son, Gadi, after Gadi’s mother passes away. Although Reuben abandoned Gadi when he was a child, he now needs a kidney transplant from his son. Gadi is happy to comply, but the two face complications when the transplant committee turns him down.
