We’ve all wondered how to make real change on the issues we care about, and for many of us this interest had grown in this unique historical moment. We’ve felt insignificant, powerless, unable to imagine a path from the world as it is towards the world as it should be, and to see our own place on that journey. If this strikes a chord with you, check out JOIN for Justice’s Fall online class: Don’t Kvetch, Organize!. Over the course of seven weeks (October 22-December 10), participants will delve deeply into the fundamentals of social justice and community organizing, and grapple with how they relate to Jewish traditions and values. Most importantly, you will learn how to make a real difference on the issues you care about.
Sign up before September 13 to secure a discounted rate–you can find out more about Don’t Kvetch, Organize! here and can register here. Registration closes on September 15. Please reach out to dontkvetch@joinforjustice.org for more information.
