Calling all cheese lovers! You heard it here first – Tribe 12 is having a cheese night! Tali Shorr (bio down below), a former professional Cheesemonger, will lead us in four cheese tastings, which will include learning a bit about each cheese, a “perfect bite” of the cheese, AND a beverage pairing for each cheese!
Following the cheese tasting portion of the evening, you will have time to create your very own cheese board with your newfound cheese knowledge! We will also have some beverages from the tasting available to sip on as you create your own board
More about Tali: Tali Shorr is a former professional Cheesemonger hailing from Greater Boston but has lived in Philadelphia for 6 years now. In 2024, she worked at DiBruno Brothers in Rittenhouse Square as a Cheesemonger, becoming familiar with over 200 different cheeses from around the world as well as knowledge of the cheesemaking process. She is thrilled to have you join us for this event!
