Fun with Fermentation

Join Feinstein, the Gershman Y, and the Jewish Farm School for this hands-on fermentation workshop and learn how to preserve your harvest while unlocking nutrients, adding flavor, and tapping into our cultural food ways. Together we’ll make a basic sauerkraut and some more innovative ferments, and explore the role fermented foods have played in Jewish communities around the globe.
