Hanukkah is famous for the delicious fried foods we get to eat, but what about learning to cook them yourself? In this special seminar with Jon Hartig of J2 Food, he’ll walk you through making spanikopita-inspired latkes and pumpkin sufganiyot (doughnuts)!

About Jon:

Jonathan Hartig is the executive chef and owner of J2Food, a boutique, kosher catering company headquartered in NYC, and the founder of the “Pop Up Foodie Shabbat” series for young Jewish professionals. J2Food’s menus focus on modern twists on classic flavors and feature fresh, seasonal ingredients. In the past, J2Food has worked with various synagogues, Tribe12, multiple JCCs, the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia, Moishe House, Chabad and more.
