Jonathan Hartig is the executive chef and owner of J2Food, a boutique, kosher catering company headquartered in NYC, and the founder of the “Pop Up Foodie Shabbat” series for young Jewish professionals. J2Food’s menus focus on modern twists on classic flavors and feature fresh, seasonal ingredients.
