Ever wondered to yourself, “What even is Judaism? “or “How actually does Jewish time work and what is with all these holidays?” or even “How does Jewish identity fit in a pluralistic globalizing world?” Want to discuss these topics while in community?
Join Rabbinic Intern Molly Paul and Rabbi Megan Goldmarche to deep dive into these topics and gain a greater connection and understanding to Judaism and how it affects everyday life in a 4 part series.
This session will be held on Monday, November 20 at 6:30pm at the Weitzman. Topics of discussion will include, Jewish time, G<3d, prayer, the holiday cycle, Shabbat, peoplehood and life cycle events. This class is open to anyone looking to learn, no skill level or prior knowledge required!
Session dates: Nov 20, Nov 29, Dec 6, Dec 13 ( + Shabbat Dinner on Dec 15)
