We are excited to welcome Lou Balcher, Israel’s former Director of Academic Affairs in the Mid-Atlantic Region and a co-founder of Young Jewish Leadership Concepts into our home. He will be speaking about Shifting Paradigms in the Middle East. Dinner will be provided.
Lou Balcher is the former Director of Academic Affairs for the Consulate General of Israel for the Mid-Atlantic States Region and a Co-Founder of Young Jewish Leadership Concepts (YJLC) – a non-profit young professionals network based in the Greater Philadelphia area, established in 1986. YJLC has an outreach network of over 14,000 Jewish young adults around the US and Canada. Lou was also responsible for coordinating the Speakers Bureau, Jewish, Inter-Faith, and Community Relations for the Israeli Consulate.
