Debut event for new Women’s Health and Wellness Tribe!!
We welcome all menstruating members of Tribe 12 and Dr. Rachel Bright, a Board-Certified Doctor of Holistic Health, Naturopath and Nutrition Practitioner, will share information on the types of foods, lifestyle practices and exercises to follow during the different phases of the female monthly cycle. (This is practical information for menopausal women, too!)
Participants will have the opportunity to sample the foods and beverages discussed during the presentation like Sweet Dreams Cashew Pops. They will also learn how to understand the language of the female body during each phase of the cycles.
