May Moon Circle Iyar

Join the Tribe 12 Moon Circle community to welcome the month of Iyar. In Judaism, Iyar is known as a time for healing and self-care. Last month in Nisan, we released ourselves from constraints and explored personal freedom. Now we pause and reflect to notice the state of our health, happiness and overall well-being, and take care of ourselves in this divine time leading toward Shavuot. This circle will be facilitated by Simha Toledano and hosted by Amanda Davidowitz. If the weather is nice we will picnic outside! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook and pen for journal reflections. Location is a private residence in Fairmont near the Art Museum (address will be provided to those who register). We welcome all people who self-identify with or as women, genderqueer, gender-nonconforming, and nonbinary. The $5 registration fee helps to cover the cost of snacks and allows us to have an accurate headcount. If the cost is prohibitive to your attendance please contact Amanda Davidowitz (amanda.davidowitz@tribe12.org).

Tribe 12 connects people in their 20s/30s to Jewish life and community in Philadelphia today so they will choose to stay connected tomorrow. We welcome people who identify as Jewish, whose partner is Jewish, or who are exploring Judaism. Tribe 12 strives to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. If you require any accommodations please review our accessibility page and contact us with any questions at info@tribe12.org.
