Nishima: Guided Jewish Meditation

Meditation is an ancient Jewish practice that we can all use to bring balance into our daily lives. In Hebrew, “nishima” (breath) and “neshemah” (soul) come from the same root and we’ll use these words to anchor to the present.

Join Davinica Nemtzow, our LGBTQIA+ Coordinator and in-house meditation teacher, for a guided meditation that uses Jewish traditions and Hebrew mantras to help ground you in the present and set intentions for 2019.

All are welcome, no previous meditation experience or Hebrew fluency are needed to participate in this mindful practice.
