Poetry as Sanctuary: Writing from Multifaith Traditions

Reading and writing poetry can create sanctuary, a welcoming place to hear and reveal our own inner voices. It is also expansive and can move us into communal space where we share our hopes, concerns and intentions. Practicing this art form can be profound and transformational. This course aims to inspire and nurture your writing, whether you’re just beginning or have an ongoing practice. We will draw on poems and sources from multifaith traditions to spark and support our writing.
