Self Care and Creative Writing Night

Self Care & Creative Writing Night (1)

Join Amanda for a self-care and creative writing night!

The schedule includes two guided creative-writing activities, an optional craft, and of course, Trader Joe’s snacks!

This event is open to people with all levels, including no experience of creative writing. Participants will have the option to share if they wish, but nobody will be pressured to.

All participants will receive a copy of Ari Sasson’s Thou Shalt Journal, a “thoughtfully crafted unique journaling experience, open to readers of any religious background, that invites you to engage deeply with the Torah”. The two writing activities will be a prompt from this journal, and blackout poetry. Ari will be joining us as a special guest!

Tribe 12 connects people in their 20s/30s to Jewish life and community in Philadelphia today so they will choose to stay connected tomorrow. We welcome people who identify as Jewish, whose partner is Jewish, or who are exploring Judaism.

If you require any accommodations in order to fully participate in our programming, please see our page on accommodations. If you require any financial assistance to participate, contact us at info@tribe12.org.
