Settle into fall and explore a change of scenery with us! Join JPSP for our monthly Shabbat and Suppah at Temple Brith Achim in King of Prussia, followed by a late dinner at the ever-popular, farmer-owned Founding Farmers.
Evening shabbat services will begin at 7:30 pm and feature Visual T’filah, which is a way to enhance prayer through the integration of imagery into the worship service. Images are displayed with the liturgy interwoven or alongside to elevate a page of prayer to new levels.
After services, come out for dinner around 9:00 pm at Founding Farmers, an American upscale-casual restaurant owned by the North Dakota Farmers Union and Farmers Restaurant Group. Supported by 47,000 family farmers and the highest quality ingredients grown and harvested from family farms around the country, this restaurant is truly an American experience. The restaurant’s name is even a nod to the “Founding Fathers”, many of whom were agricultural trailblazers. Furthermore, they distill their own liquors, incorporate recycled and refurbished materials into their restaurants, and compost and recycle waste in efforts to uphold our environmental and social responsibility. As you can tell, it’s a pretty nifty place!
