Join Feinstein as we learn how Soom changed the tahini game. Shelby Zitelman, CEO of Soom Foods, and Ariella Werden-Greenfield, Assistant Director of the Feinstein Center, will discuss the transnational journey of the humble sesame seed, the Jewish and not-so-Jewish history of tahini, and Zitelman’s entrepreneurial path.
