Join Feinstein as we learn how Soom changed the tahini game. Shelby Zitelman, CEO of Soom Foods, and Ariella Werden-Greenfield, Assistant Director of the Feinstein Center, will discuss the transnational journey of the humble sesame seed, the Jewish and not-so-Jewish history of tahini, and Zitelman’s entrepreneurial path. Light fare provided. Drinks and dinner available for purchase.

Sponsored by the Feinstein Center for American Jewish History. Free and open to the public.
