Lior Lev Sercarz is the chef, spice blender, and owner of La Boîte, a biscuits and spice shop in New York City. Lev Sercarz and La Boîte have been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, In Style Magazine, Every Day with Rachel Ray, Food & Wine Magazine, and the SAVEUR 100. Since the start of his career, Lev Sercarz has worked closely with chefs from around the world. In 2012, he produced a cookbook entitled The Art of Blending, and in 2016 produced his second cookbook, The Spice Companion.
Lev Sercarz will share his unique expertise in mixing and using spices in every day cooking as well as an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming Institute of Culinary Arts, at which he will serve as Director. As the first-of-its-kind, accredited, multi-year cooking school in the Middle East, the Institute will bring the entire greater Kiryat Shmona region to life through food, agriculture, employment, education, and tourism.
