Staying Motivated During the Ups and Downs of a Job Search

Staying motivated through your job search is challenging! Your frame of mind is key, so join us to brainstorm strategies for maintaining a positive attitude, staying present, and handling stress. Learn how to focus on your achievements and tell impressive success stories to build your confidence and prepare for interviews.

About the presenters:
Samara Fritzsche, LSW received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been a Career Counselor within JEVS’ Career Strategies department for over 15 years, and has had great success assisting her clients to find meaningful and gainful employment. Her holistic approach includes strategy development, networking, resume writing, interview preparation, and supportive counseling.
Jacqueline S. Savoy has served as a Career Coach for over 20 years. She counsels on career assessment interpretations, career transition marketing strategies such as resume, LinkedIn profiles, networking, interview and negotiation techniques, enabling individuals to achieve their goals. Jacqueline received her MA in Counseling Education from Villanova University. She is certified as a CPI Master Career Transition Consultant and holds multiple certifications in career and selection assessments.
