It’s an exciting time for the Tribe 12 Fellowship as we embark on our 10th (!!!) year supporting emerging entrepreneurs in Philly’s Jewish community. We have some great news to share: after a long and fruitful partnership with our curriculum partner, Upstart (upstartlab.org), Tribe 12 will be going independent, creating a brand new curriculum of our own!
We invite you — our alumni, volunteers, board members and other stakeholders — to come together for this first step in shaping the Tribe 12 Fellowship of the future.
At this gathering, we are going to practice what we preach and use the very same design thinking methodology that we teach our Fellows! Through a facilitated “radical brainstorming” session, we will collectively throw away all assumptions, abandon “what we’ve always done” and dream big. The ideas generated will launch our curriculum creation process which will conclude by January 2020, in time for the 10th Tribe 12 Fellowship class to utilize it!
A vegetarian dinner (with dairy-free and gluten-free options) will be provided. Feel free to arrive as early as 6pm to enjoy dinner and conversation; the brainstorming session will start promptly at 6:45pm.
Accessibility note: Tribe 12 prioritizes inclusion of all individuals who would like to participate and require accommodations due to a disability (visible or invisible). The event location is wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible restroom on the same floor. A sign language interpreter is available by request. To help us accommodate these and other specific needs for you to fully participate in this event, please email ross@tribe12.org.
