Join us for a Friday night dinner and discussion as we kick off our MLK Weekend of Service. We will be discussing the role of new beginnings, creation and change in the context of the following week’s inauguration. This meal and program are free and open to all, regardless of faith or religious background.
The nourishment for the evening will be vegetarian. If you require a supervised kosher option, please email Harrison Rothbaum at harrison.rothbaum@weRepair.org. For those who observe Shabbat more observantly, we’ll have Shabbat-friendly activities. Please email zoe.braunstein@weRepair.org to let us know so we can make sure to have sufficient supplies.
REQUIRED: RSVP through OneTable-

One of our MLK service projects includes a food drive for refugees, in a partnership with Nationalities Services Center. Please support local refugee and immigrant communities by donating salt, white rice, black tea, black pepper, corn flour, lentils, green peas, chickpeas, and pasta. Donations can be dropped off at Repair the World: Philadelphia (4029 Market St, Philadelphia PA 19104) Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm, on or before Friday 1/13. We appreciate your support!
