On May 17, 2021 we will hold the first Torah in Living Color (TLC) event to honor and celebrate the Torah and artistry of Jews of Color. This year, in partnership with Jews In ALL Hues, we are raising money to support Jews of Color in the greater Philadelphia area, especially those who were hard hit from the pandemic, as well as Jew of Color artists.
TLC will be an evening of presentations by various artists who are also Jews of color, powerful messages by a variety of Jewish leaders, and an inclusive prayer service celebrating the holiday of Shavuot. It will be held virtually from 7:30-9:30pm on the second night of the holiday.
