For years our signature program has been our entrepreneurial Fellowship and a cornerstone of that program is being matched with a coach who supports you as you develop your venture! The mentorship program allows us to expand that amazing gift of mentorship to more of you regardless of your field. Looking to change careers? Struggling with how to ask for more responsibility (or less!) at work? Looking for a knowledgeable adult in your field who is not a current colleague or supervisor? This is a great program for you!
This program is for folks in their 20s and 30s looking for support in their career, professional growth or making a change in ones work life. Acceptance is conditional on our ability to find an appropriate mentor.
The program will kick off and close with in person gatherings in January and April and you and your mentor will meet 4-6 times between those two gatherings (either on Zoom or in person). All programming takes place in at the Weitzman Museum (5th & Market Streets, Philadelphia) unless otherwise noted.
