Tribe 12 & Reclaiming Ritual Grief Shabbat Oneg

Grief Shabbat Oneg (Instagram Post) (1)

Join Tribe 12 and Reclaiming Ritual for a Grief Shabbat Oneg on Saturday, November 9th at 4pm at The Weitzman to honor a loss you’ve experienced as part of your Shabbat practice. We will share memories of those we’ve lost and engage in ritual to nurture our relationship with who/what has been lost. We’ll support one another in honoring our grief and knowing that we aren’t alone in our experiences. This space is open to people of all backgrounds who have experienced any kind of loss. People experiencing disenfranchised grief, including perinatal loss, pet loss, and family estrangement are very welcome. Please bring a snack to share!

Tribe 12 connects people in their 20s/30s to Jewish life and community in Philadelphia today so they will choose to stay connected tomorrow. We welcome people who identify as Jewish, whose partner is Jewish, or who are exploring Judaism.

If you require any accommodations in order to fully participate in our programming, please see our page on accommodations. If you require any financial assistance to participate, contact us at info@tribe12.org.

By attending this program, you are committing to follow our Code of Conduct. If you feel that the Code of Conduct is violated at any Tribe 12 program, you can find information on reporting an incident here.
