Every year the cohort of Tribe 12 Fellows grow their small business, nonprofit, or side hustle into something to share with the general public. On May 4th, you can attend Launch Night: Demo Day and be the first to hear about their socially-conscious businesses, nonprofits, and projects that will change our communities and the world!
Over the past decade, Tribe 12 has transformed the lives of thousands across the Greater Philadelphia area. Our mission is to connect people in their 20s/30s to Jewish life and community in Philadelphia today so they will choose to stay connected tomorrow. Through a variety of unique programming we engage nearly 2,000 individuals a year. Our Fellows are young working professionals living in Center City Philadelphia or nearby who are the pulse of our city.
The Fellowship consists of the best and brightest amongst our constituents. A Tribe 12 Fellow is equal parts entrepreneurial, savvy, and philanthropic and our Fellows typically go on to become some of the biggest movers and shakers in our community, their communities, and beyond.
The Tribe 12 Fellowship is a leadership experience for individuals that are dedicated to personal growth, enriching our communities, and making Judaism their own. Through a curriculum built on the themes of self discovery, philanthropy, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurship, Fellows will apply the tangible skills they learn to create a capstone project of their own design: a new or existing business, nonprofit, community, or anything in between!
Our Fellows graduate with concrete takeaways — an elevator pitch given at Launch Night: Demo Day (attended by 250+ people), a business plan, a showcase in front of hundreds of people — as well as entrepreneurial skills and an enduring network to support them as they continue to grow. With your support, Tribe 12 will continue to foster the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs of Philadelphia.
