Michelle Eisenberg has worked in the Philadelphia non-profit community for over a decade as a fundraiser, program administrator and management consultant. She is a Consultant with Schultz & Williams, a firm that provides comprehensive services to non-profit organizations in the Delaware Valley and across the country. She has worked with organizations in the arts and culture, education, environmental, healthcare and social service sectors . Michelle also manages Schultz & Williams’ interim staffing services line, helping clients who need to fill vacancies, support special short-term projects or start up fundraising programs.
Prior to joining S&W, Michelle was part of the development team at the National Constitution Center, helping that organization progress from a start-up staff into the major museum now on Philadelphia’s Independence Mall. Michelle was also associate director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where she counseled entrepreneurs and built cross-disciplinary academic collaborations and partnerships with the business community.
Michelle holds an MBA from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been a volunteer leader with Hadassah of Greater Philadelphia and the Women’s MBA Network. She enjoys spending time in nature with her husband (who she met through The Collaborative) and two sons.
