Philadelphia is the No. 10 ‘Most Facial Hair Friendly City in America.’ To celebrate, men’s grooming leader Wahl will park its 30-foot mobile barbershop at Liberty Place on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Master Barbers will be on hand offering FREE facial hair trims while seeking out the guy with the best scruff to represent the city as Wahl Man of Philadelphia.
