Join us for Launch Night 2023

We’re less than a week away from one of our most exciting events of the year- Launch Night!

Our 13th cohort of Tribe 12 Fellows have honed their ideas for four months, and on Launch Night be the first to hear about these socially-conscious businesses, nonprofits and projects which will change our community, our city, and the world!

When I first met with this group of 11 impassioned people, I was blown away by the creativity of their venture ideas. From Jamey’s hip-hop album exploring themes of race and ethnicity to Sophia’s project about rethinking philanthropy, the ventures are inspired and meaningful. Even more than the ventures, over the past four months, the fellows have supported one another in thoughtful and impressive ways. They meet for shabbat meals and celebrate life events together. Watching these relationships form and grow has been a “cherry” on top of the “sundae” that is my job.

So, you may be wondering- what is the fellowship?

The Tribe 12 Fellowship is a leadership experience for individuals that are dedicated to personal growth, enriching communities, and making Judaism their own.

Tribe 12 Fellows apply the tangible skills they learn and the network they build to create a capstone project of their own design: a new or existing business, nonprofit, community, or anything in between!

Our Fellows emerge with concrete takeaways — a toolkit of skills, an elevator pitch, a business plan, a public showcase of their project — as well as an enduring network in Philadelphia and in the greater Jewish community to support them as they continue to grow as people and as entrepreneurs.

Here’s what to Expect at Launch Night:

  • Hear directly from the Fellows as they pitch their ventures on stage
  • Network with seasoned and up-and-coming entrepreneurs
  • Share your insights with Fellows one-on-one at their booths
  • Enjoy light fare and refreshments

Join me in celebrating them, don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to meet and learn from our fellows and support their work!
