At Tribe 12, we strive to create spaces where you can learn, grow, and become the person you most want to be in the world. We offer multiple opportunities each year to be a part of a learning cohort!
Tribe 12 Fellowship
The Tribe 12 Fellowship is a leadership experience for individuals that are dedicated to personal growth, enriching communities, and making Judaism their own.
Tribe 12 Fellows apply the tangible skills they learn and the network they build to create a capstone project of their own design: a new or existing business, nonprofit, community, or anything in between!
Tikkun Olam Collaborative
At Tribe 12, we believe in and are committed to building a more just world. That’s why we launched our first Tikkun Olam Collaborative in 2022 to foster, encourage, educate, and mobilize our community about some of the issues our friends and neighbors face today in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Engagement Collaborative
We strongly believe that forming meaningful relationships is the foundation for building community and developing one's Jewish identity,
whatever that may mean to you. This spring, we're piloting our Engagement
Collaborative for anyone looking to learn these tools for community building, leadership, networking and matchmaking!

Tribe 12 Topics
Each year we offer 4-6 ongoing learning cohorts. These cohorts meet for 4-8 sessions and give participants the chance to dive deep into a specific topic with a consistent group of peers. Social connections are prioritized alongside the learning! Past topics include Judaism and Queerness, Jewish life for Recent Grads, and Spiritual Preparation for the Fall Holidays. Potential future topics include Judaism and Racial Justice, Judaism and Mental Health, Judaism and Adulting, Judaism and Feminism, and a cohort for couples.
