For 15 years, Ben Weinraub has developed a unique career specializing in the construction and renovation of apartment buildings and commercial retail stores. His breadth of experience includes retail projects located in historic buildings in hotel chains, airports, and regional malls across the country. Weinraub has spent the majority of his career working for national retailers assisting them in the construction and development of innovative and now highly recognized retail brands. In addition to his professional real estate career, during the last 5 years, Weinraub has successfully acquired, renovated, leased, and managed several historic multifamily brownstone apartment buildings in the Rittenhouse Square area. Weinraub is an experienced executive who specializes in the conceptual design, construction and operations management for the redevelopment of large scale high-rise, town home, and garden apartment communities. Weinraub served as the Vice President of Development for AIMCO, the country’s largest owner of apartments. Previously, he has supervised construction and design for internationally recognized name brand retailers such as: Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch, and W.H. Smith Group Holdings. Weinraub received a BA in Economics and graduated cum laude from Brandeis University and attended the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Pennsylvania.
